Belt broke, had to be replaced
I've used this backpack less than a week, I didn't even have time to take it out of the house, the strap broke. The supplier quickly replaced my backpack. So far the replacement is ok. The protection of the laptop and the electronics seems to be good. I have yet to test it as I've been working from home lately.
