While the aesthetic quality of Teocera's tableware and serving utensils cannot be denied, neither can the quality of the company's online store nor its customer service. Anyone thinking about making a purchase from their online store should exercise extreme caution and anticipate a stressful and disappointing experience, as I have personally encountered both.
