I was very looking forward to shopping at Teocera's online store, but I was rather disappointed. Their dinnerware and serving utensil selection is great, but shopping with them online was a tedious and unsatisfying experience. To begin, the website loads slowly and is clumsily designed. It took a long time for pages to load, and it was difficult to locate the information I needed. It was also difficult to get a feel for the product's style and texture because the photographs weren't always clear. However, the service to customers was the biggest letdown. It took me multiple tries to get in touch with the company's customer service department when I encountered issues with a purchase. And when I did get through, they were unhelpful and didn't appear to care about my issues. One of the items I ordered was broken when it finally came. It took several weeks and numerous follow-ups, but eventually customer care granted my request for a refund or replacement. While the aesthetic quality of Teocera's tableware and serving utensils cannot be denied, neither can the quality of the company's online store nor its customer service. Anyone thinking about making a purchase from their online store should exercise extreme caution and anticipate a stressful and disappointing experience, as I have personally encountered both.
