Awesome customer Service & Great Product
The support team was very helpful, they were always willing to help us with anything we needed from them! We have used other vendors for our projects but nothing comes close to working efficiently like tomedes does it all. I would say everything about this product has been great so far! There isn't much i dislike at this point. It can be difficult because you don’t know what your going to get when signing up for their service. You never really know if there will be delays or issues until after the project begins. That being said though once things are done its well worth getting past those bumps along the way. They do good work and make sure everyone involved knows exactly whats happening as soon as possible which makes communication between parties easier than ever before.

- The system can be difficult to use at the start of a project, but it will become easier as you get more familiar with it
