This is the only mask I can convince my 7 year old to wear for an extended period of time. Yes it's a net, no it probably doesn't do much to protect against Covid. But it does prevent your child from sneezing or salivating while talking to another child or teacher, and it meets my local requirements for face masks. Once he gets used to wearing a mask throughout the school day, I can push him to wear something more protective. But it's a good choice for a child struggling with the idea/discomfort of wearing a mask. The ear loops are a bit small but they can be detached and worn simply as leg warmers if the loops feel too tight and still hold them up fairly well.
