I took my car to the dealer and they said that many models similar to my car had this problem when bought later.
The fan doesn't work at all in my car. I have a 2007 g35x with one fan spinning and the other moving barley. I took my car to the dealer and they said that many models like mine have problems buying parts. Just get the original part, finally ordered it from Infinit and I haven't had any problems since.
