UPDATE: I wrote a very good review of this air conditioner for the two I've already bought. But then I ordered another one that came unrefrigerated. My husband looked back and saw what appeared to be liquid spilled inside. I immediately contacted support, they asked for photos. I immediately sent them photos and waited. I emailed them again asking if they got it but got no response. So I contacted the Revain claim and got my money back straight away. When I found out that Revain had refunded my money, I received an angry email from Shinco accusing me of never submitting photos and being unfair. I sent the photos twice more. She said again that they had not received the photo. I emailed them again and asked them to pick up my car. Nothing. Then it occurred to me that it doesn't really seem like there is a warranty program or after-sales service for my other two that I've already bought. So be careful. I will not buy again. I will buy another one that comes with a guarantee. My other two are working fine so far. My entire central AC system went down almost a month ago with 110F outside and at least 130F inside. Now that I didn't want to invest more than $10,000 in a new system, I had to act quickly. I bought this little device and knew right away that it was 100% worth the money. I chose LG's 14,000 BTU for another room, which arrived completely broken. Revain was great to get my money back. This is inappropriate. I hurried and bought another Shinco 10,000 BTU and was happy with it. The machine has a rotating fan that helps, is quiet and really works! Thinking about buying another one for these temperatures within the next 4 months! Thank you Shinko!
