Review on Fels Naptha Laundry Stain Remover Household Supplies and Laundry by Brittany Rodriguez

Much more than just laundry

My first thought was how cheap it is. I got it for that reason and to replace another pole that I used occasionally. But now I'm really happy with it. PROS: 1. It smells nice and reminds me of the smell of laundry when I was younger. I don't know if my mother used it, but the smell is very familiar.2. It melts easily in water so I can use it for fabric stains. The other laundry bar I used is much heavier and I have to use a lot of elbow grease to work the soap into my clothes. It's extremely versatile. I found one of these usage lists for this product and have used at least 3 of them already. (I'm not recommending anything to anyone, but I rubbed the strip against my skin where I felt the initial itch of herpes trying to start on my upper lip. Herpes didn't develop.). I used this on a small spot on the carpet and applied the marker and dabbed. I super cleaned the kitchen faucet and sprayer metal where traces of hard water had made it rough. I also made some liquid out of bar chips and hot water and then poured about a cup down the toilet to soak. When I cleaned and flushed the toilet, it didn't have those nasty hard water stains that form at the waterline. And of course I used that for washing.4. price, price, price. I can't believe how much it costs compared to how versatile and effective it is. As I said, the water here is hard. I really like that this soap still works well on fabrics. CONS: 1. The ingredients or their combination must be very strong because I have to wear gloves when working with them for a long time. This may not happen to everyone, but upon washing and soaking some kitchen towels, I noticed it was starting to irritate my skin. When I checked, I found that the label warned against it. I've already grated a bar to melt in hot water and use on countertops. I opened up one strip and took off about 1/8th of it to use on stains. It doesn't last long if the clothing or stained area is damp enough for 1 strip to last.
