I was originally at 20 mm almost a year ago when they fell out when I was in labor so I just left them out and gave up on them. I recently decided to re-stretch my ears and I was able to put a 12 mm in immediately! The tunnels are super soft and comfortable and easy to stretch with. I know you’re typically not supposed to stretch with silicone but I know my ears can handle it as they have before. My ears are a little sore of course but definitely nothing bad or unbearable at all.
