The quality isn't what it used to be

We got one of these comforters for my daughter and it has quickly become her 'quilt'. I ordered this extra because she loves it so much. Unfortunately at least three pom poms fell off in the week she was using it. We haven't had any problems with the ones we've had for 7 months. I do not know what the difference is, but the quality is not satisfied.
