I am someone who places a high value on high-quality materials and craftsmanship, and the things that I received from Leotruny left me feeling disappointed. The apparel and shoes appeared to be of poor quality and did not live up to my expectations, which were especially disappointing given the high costs. The website does provide a respectable range of trendy items; nevertheless, the quality of the products does not in any way justify the prices that are charged. It would not have been difficult for me to locate clothing and shoes of higher quality and at comparable rates at other retailers. In addition, our encounters with the customer service staff were unremarkable. I tried to address my issues regarding the quality of the products, but the representative was indifferent and unhelpful when I approached her with my questions. This just served to further aggravate my disappointment and fury. To summarize, if you are interested in purchasing fashionable items of a superior quality, I do not advise you to shop at Leotruny. Although the rates may appear to be appealing, the quality of the products as well as the service that is provided are not commensurate. It is vital to make an investment in pieces of quality that will endure a long time, but sadly, Leotruny does not deliver in that respect.
