I really like how they have good staff to work with you when it comes time for implementation of your plan / program - there are always people available at every step along way! They can be very detailed in their approach which isn't necessarily something we want but sometimes necessary as well (we're new businesses). The team has been great so far; however since our contracts were signed last year things haven’t gone too smoothly between us &amp Red DGMSS due mainly because some aspects weren&#39/or details didn't get communicated or understood correctly from my end initially-so communication could improve here!! Overall though still happy :) There is nothing specific i dislike right now other than just minor hiccups getting all set up properly after signing contract etc..
