I ordered this item for my B&D WeedWacker. I bought the least expensive product that said it would fit. Then I received an email from the seller through Ebay that there may be an incompatible replacement spool and I should contact the seller to make this order good again. I did. I told them I not only had an issue with the spool, but also with the cap. It just didn't fit my B&D WeedWacker. So, rather than make the order good, the seller told me I must not know how to snap on an easy snap-on cap. Hello. They were even kind enough to send me a photo on how to snap on the snap-on cap. Problem is . the cap doesn't fit. For as few dollars as I paid for this item, I told the seller it was not worth my time to return the package that they already told me the spools wouldn't fit due to a packing error. If my comment will only influence one future buyer to spend a few more dollars and buy a spool that fits, then my review has been of value. If the seller reads this, maybe they can learn from Customer Service 101 that you don't tell a customer you shipped them the wrong spool, tell them you'll make good on the order, tell them they must not know how to snap on a snap-on cap that doesn't fit. and then NOT make the order good. You simply thank them and refund their money. For me, next time, I'll remember that if it is too cheap to be likely true, then step up a few dollars and buy one sold by B&D. A few more dollars, yes, but I have wasted more than the difference on this order; the order the seller told me the spool wouldn't fit because of a packing error or some other excuse. Now I am out $10.99 plus tax. That's my groceries for one day. Still working on melting down the snap-on cap for additional flavor for my latest soup recipe. Not sure what I will do with the spools the seller said were mistakenly sent to me in place of the correct replacement spools I ordered. Ah, maybe floss for my teeth. All is not lost.
