I like everything about this product so far! It's user-friendly (no need for training), easy integration with other tools such as Active Directory or ADFS authentication servers without any problems encountered in my tests of it yet!, great support team that helps you through all your questions when needed., very good performance even under heavy load situations compared to some competitors products out there today!.

Nothing really bad either but maybe if we could have more control over our own environment which would allow us full access/full management capabilities by ourselves instead relying only into their platform services. This will help us manage things better since they are not able to do them themselves due its complexity level involved. Endpoint protection against malware infections using an agentless approach.
