This is my third bluetooth speaker. My first two were gifts. I chose this one. The color is nice and the flashing lights are cool, but they turn on every time I turn on the speaker - I don't know if there's a way to turn them off by default, but it doesn't make much of a difference. The sound quality suits me. So far the battery life has been excellent. I mainly use it to listen to music while showering. I killed my last one by accidentally dropping it in the bathtub, so make sure it's waterproof, not waterproof. The volume and track buttons are the same so there's a learning curve on what to do, a quick press or a long press, but overall this is a really good speaker for the price.
