caliper of sufficient quality. I have used other brands that are both cheaper and much more expensive. Rexbeti is at least subjectively a notch or two better than the very cheap ones. It doesn't quite reach the level of the caliper at the top end, with little play at zero play, and the set screw always seems on the verge of loosening. On the downside, it's about 1/10th the price of a higher-end caliper. Rexbeti seems to accentuate the polish and they are definitely smooth. That and the buttons/display make it better quality (and playability) than true budget models.
