Works well - grater, mandolin and slicer
At first I wasn't impressed, the blade is very thin and looks like it will bend easily. But it is very sharp and does its job very well. The skin is thicker than my 1970's knife (you could often see through it) but not as thick as many inferior ones. Will buy again if I need another one, definitely worth the price.
