Not something I'm used to
I've been using this product for years and have always bought it from Sally's Beauty Supply. As the store is closed due to Covid I found this two pack online. Not the same. I probably microwaved it for a total of 6 minutes and it didn't melt to the consistency I needed to spread. It's terrible. I have never seen any other tweezers free Gigi wax for sensitive skin that does NOT melt. It doesn't stick, but it's three times thicker than toffee! Came here for return instructions. I wonder if it's legal. At least my package was broken. That is everything I know.
