The best part is that even if our driver has an appointment or delay in reaching your store they will still send someone else instead of cancelling it so you do not have any losses due low deliveries/no pickup from customers which makes us trustable! Sometimes we get some drivers who don't show respect during shifts but nothing major as long people work properly together there should be no problems!! They can help improve productivity by better management system with more employees being involved at every level especially when sending orders out etc. I love the simplicity of the product and the ability to scale up and down as needed. The UI is clean and easy to use. It is a great tool to have in the toolbox. I do not have any dislikes. I have used other tools in the past and this one is the best to date. I would highly recommend this product to others. It has been helpful in my work and has allowed me to scale up and down as needed. It has helped me to provide a better customer experience.
