Coiled cord cannot be changed
This is such a beautiful phone! After all my cordless phones died a horrible death, I decided that no one would call me on my landline number except for my mother-in-law and my salespeople. So I bought this really nice phone. He kind of has a hum ring, which is weird, but you get used to it. The sound quality is good, there is a volume switch from low to high. I'm taking off one star because the twisted cord in the tube is permanent, it can't be replaced with a longer cord. Nice landline phone for my trendy kitchen. I love it and it's sooooooo nice to have a firm grip on these robocalls! (Slam!)
