This really sucks as I hate writing a bad review. I have an HP Envy x360 15m0023dx (maybe just with my model) 1) The USB-C cable that came with the kit, when connected, only distributed audio but not display to external monitors. 2) I switched and got a Thunderbolt 3 cable. This now extends the display to an external monitor, but when I connect the ethernet the display turns off. Okay, I don't use ethernet, wifi works too. But the display randomly dims on different monitors. Unfortunately I had to send it back.
