Large. High quality. Well done. Thick, not thin. Bright vibrant colors. Removing a star refers to the size grid. My Chihuahua weighs 6 1/2 pounds with a back length of 12 inches. He usually wears a size S. Since the stats above match exactly the size chart for this particular sweater, which is a size Small, I had no hesitation in ordering Small. But my dog swims in a sweater. His front legs come out of the leg holes and he stumbles. I think the problem is the width of the sweater, not the length. Unfortunately, the size chart does not provide information about bust size or weight to better understand which size to order. However, I love the sweater so much that I order the Extra Small and give the Small away. So consider ordering a size down if your pup normally wears small unless your dog weighs just over my 6-1/2 pounds. By saying "slightly more weight," I assume that if your dog is two or three pounds heavier, the Small might be fine. But that's a guess. [Addendum: Oops. Do not reorder. Extra Small costs a lot more than Small - how can that be?]
