Upper strings are very long. The top also comes with those rather stiff cups that definitely help keep your breasts looking their best. The bottom isn't adjustable but that's ok, they fit very well, the only odd thing is that they stray into a gap which isn't very flattering. Nothing can be fixed with a few stitches unless you know how to sew. I'm 5ft 4", 125/130, bra size 34B and pants are usually 3/4. I ordered a small one. I was skeptical but I really like it. Update after wearing it on the beach. I wouldn't recommend it if you really plan on swimming or doing any physical activity. I had both top and bottom.
