Review on 🚗 Autowbrake: Trailer-Mounted Electric Brake Controller for Easy Towing by Peter Tennant

I have purchased many products and contacted numerous customer service departments over the years but I have never experienced the service I received from Carlton at Autowbrake. I was having some trouble with my Autowbrake (probably due to my wiring) and called their hotline for help. Carlton, who I should mention, was on vacation with his family, called me back immediately and spent the next few hours working with me to resolve my issue. We used video so he could see how the units responded to his instructions and it worked great. When all was said and done, I took a trailer test drive and the unit worked flawlessly. I'm looking forward to our 3500 mile trip with my trailer and I'm glad I didn't have to install a brake controller on my RV. I am very impressed by the quality of the device and the instructions, only my faulty wiring caused me problems. I would highly recommend Autowbrake and their AWESOME customer service.
