Normal quality, you can use it.

If there is Internet, but no antenna, the option to watch the air and not only. And so, with the restriction of licenses in the 2022, streaming is very boring. Waste of money. It's easier to connect an old laptop or netbook and please yourself. And by the way, if you do not have HDMI on your TV, then only a laptop with VGA or tulips, look for a prefix with such capabilities.
