Revane said I last bought them on February 10th, 2010 and that's true. I remember buying them right after moving into our house that year. My husband has been bald since he was 20. We discovered these clippers after seeing my father in law use them and bought a few for him. Since then he has shaved his head very carefully. Fast forward 10 years and I only need to replace them now, to be honest I probably should have replaced them about a year ago when I noticed they were starting to have a little problem. The clippers still work, they just start buzzing loudly and sometimes get stuck leaving a strand of hair behind. I disassembled them and always lubricated them. But I decided 10 years was enough and it was time to let her go. They were $55 when I bought them, so $70 is still a pretty good price these days.
