It's a lockbox, there's no doubt about that. There could be a little more room to fit the bills into their places, as sometimes when I am putting the bills into their slots it feels like the side of the bills are very close to the spring mechanism and I worry that one day they will catch and tear, but this hasn't happened.Basic lock and key, nothing too special. Does the job to keep loose change and cash organized. If you need something stronger for more security, you will likely need to spend more $$.
- Strong nice box but will it hold up in a fire ??
- It may not fit in a standard drawer or safe
