The software also allows me access via my mobile device so we have no issues in being disconnected while out working remotely during COVID times as well. There really isn't anything i dislike about this system other than maybe sometimes there may be some minor glitches but they usually get fixed within minutes once notified through ticketing/help desk support team provided online 24x7 days 7 hours per day 365days year round. This has been such great help especially now where many companies rely heavily upon remote staff due to Covid 19 pandemic situation.
