I brought this and used it once and it worked fine on 09/24/2016. Then I used it again on 10/05/2016 and it was a complete failure. cracked and bent it was a messy bow so I had to get creative as I was preparing for a party and there was no room for error. I use balloon clips, each holding four balloons. I used balloons I got from Dollar Tree. They weren't heavy, thick latex balloons. Actually, I got a use for this piece of junk. I don't recommend you buy this unless you only want to use it once, I don't even want to submit my photos because I had to put in a lot of work to make them survive the party and the boldness of the image would be misleading. If I hadn't been forced to give one star to write this review I would have given zero stars.
