I would give ZERO stars if that was an option. If you use them for business, please save your money and buy elsewhere. Now I wasted 10 of them trying different times and tempos. The recommended temperature and time leaves a horribly yellow color. They also have film in the form of spots as seen in the photos. (The plastic has been removed and the decoration has been cleaned before pressing) I am very disappointed and having spent half of it I certainly cannot make a return. Please save your money and find someone in good standing to buy your jewelry blanks, especially for businesses. I was stranded and didn't have time to wait for delivery. learned my lesson
