The rubber handle on the hammer was cracked but I was not supposed to return it. I'll just wrap the handle in twine or something. The hammer and bits were wrapped tightly in tape and plastic, even the instruction manual and product brochure were wrapped tightly in tape, the paper was torn to pieces when unpacked. Not that anyone needs instructions, but it would be nice to see what other body items they sell. This is a very light weight hammer intended for occasional use only. That's why I bought it. I think this will work well on my copper sheet art. I love the extra tips.
