The experience was amazing! They were so personable when I came in for my interview (which lasted about 3 hours). It felt like they really wanted me there- it wasn't just another job search/interview with nothing at stake but their time! After that first meeting we clicked right away which made working together great from day 1. Working remotely is not something everyone enjoys or may be familiar with, however because of this project's focus on remote work everything ran smoothly since all communication flowed seamlessly through Slack. As an employer myself one thing I did learn during our conversations was how important trust between employees can truly have long term impact of productivity levels within teams as well as overall morale of staff members. Also getting input back from my HR department helped make sure each employee knew what expectations were set forth by management prior to leaving them alone without supervision. The most important thing I like about this firm is that they are always willing to go above and beyond for their customers. They have been my HR partner since 2000 and never once has there ever been an issue or concern where we couldn't work through it together. We've had great success over the years in helping our clients solve complex issues related to employee relations, benefits and compliance.
