I ordered them for an old Ford Ranger and I live in Wyoming. High-quality floor mats are essential for car care. Carpet in good condition. My first step was to remove all previous floor mats, the previous owner only had 5 floor mats per side. When I got to the real carpet, I found that my 30 year old truck had carpet that looked brand new. I vacuumed up some of the dust and dirt I found and started cutting new floor mats. They are easy to cut, I ended up using a sharp utility knife and was able to shape them to cover every piece of my rug. They retain moisture very well, even when my boots are completely covered in snow, the mats keep my carpet dry and clean. Because I was able to trim them, I have virtually no carpet to see when they're installed and they don't move. They are very thick which needs to be considered under the pedals, luckily they don't get in the way of my pedals but I can see how this can be an issue on other cars. Go slow when trimming and check after each adjustment to get the perfect fit. It's easy to remove more, but once they're gone you can't put them back on.
