I didn't know it existed until now, but I'm so glad it exists! I get hot very easily! And usually there is a box fan by the window, but I can't use it on my desk or bedside table. None of these big skinny fans will fit as they are not big enough and regular fans are just too big! Well this fan is perfect! The fan is pretty powerful for its size. Make barley sounds, but the best thing - the most convenient feature - is the ability to place it where I want! (battery operated and all) So I use it on my desk and put it on my bedside table in the evenings for a nice cool breeze while I relax or sleep. I look forward to taking it to my nieces and nephews for soccer and soccer games. It comes into hand when it's 100 outside. The only downside would be the battery life. This is not a 'real' negative, I am picky and wish it had taken longer. But from what I've read it's ok. I can't run it on max settings all day and expect it to run all night.
