The same product as my dentist, but cheaper. However, be careful if you have sensitive teeth. (Ice, hot liquids, and ice cream bother you.) When I told my dentist about this problem, he instructed me to wear it for 15-20 minutes instead of 30 minutes and not to use it every day. I can only use it once every 3 days max. However, I will not scold him for being too strong. It just says how effective it is. Once your teeth are optimally white, you only need to use them once a week for maintenance. UPDATE: The last batch I received doesn't work at all. Crazy. I think this product may vary from seller to seller. I suspect that's not what you're getting from your dentist. Many products on this website are not genuine. Rather pay a little more and buy from my dentist.
