I have an old Bontrager Camelback water bottle and side rack that go great together. I can't remember the style name of my existing camelback, but I know 100% that it's not a podium chill, it's an isolated version. I chose OCD and bought a bottle of Red and White Podium Chill because it matches the color scheme of my trek and cage better than my existing bottle. I AM ASHAMED! This podium chill is EXTREMELY SMOOTH and sweaty. It might be ok in an air conditioned room and with no sweat on your hands MAYBE. However, this bottle sweats like a vegan pizza buffet. So when you're not sweating, the condensation will ensure you have a smooth bottle. You'd better have Superman or Wonder Woman's thumb to open this thing because it's hard to do. Seriously, the force required to open this bottle is ridiculous. I just leave it open so I don't have to open it while driving. I've temporarily eliminated the slipperiness by taking a piece of old bar tape and wrapping it around where it doesn't touch the frame, but that doesn't address the other issues inherent in this product. Somewhere there are hundreds of masked Chinese factory workers laughing while pumping them out. Ditch this design and shop another camelback style. when sold on camelback.
