Fahrenheit and Celsius
This wireless digital meat thermometer is very easy to use. I like the long length of the probe that keeps my fingers warm. It is very easy to read numbers in both Fahrenheit and Celsius. I can easily program the temperature. I like that it is clearly on or off. I don't want to waste my battery! It also has a loop at the end so you can hang it up if you like. Can't speak for durability, but for value, ease of use, and large legible numbers, this is a winner for me.
