Can't even complain. Delivery 1 day, installation 5 minutes. Each bracket was packed individually with 2 extra screws. The kit includes a hand wrench and a hex screwdriver for a drill or impact tool. It came safe and sound, in a little box, I read the reviews and gave it a try, glad I did. Everything lines up perfectly, the screws went in easily and I love that they are tamper proof, that's a really good idea. The finish seems good, not super thick so we'll see how they hold up. Definitely better than the occasional holes in the bed, like something's missing. Feel free to buy with confidence!
