It has been very easy for us (the customer) as we have an excellent service from your team at all times! The support is second to none - they are always available when required with no delays in responses or lack of knowledge/experience about their products etc. We would highly recommend them if you want great quality software that provides fantastic guest experiences and makes life easier for our customers who visit our hotels / restaurants / bars etc. There isn't anything I'd like to change other than maybe adding some more features into it but this may be something which could only really benefit existing users rather then those looking for new functionality.
