Got this because I ride Lyft and wanted to be able to keep my trunk free/accessible for my passengers' luggage without mine to have things for me. Velcro at the bottom keeps all my stuff organized in the trunk and out of the way. I also use it to store my car cleaning supplies in case I need them between trips. You can also use it to carry groceries/things that might spill (because of the waterproof liner).
