This is something the Japanese have constant trouble with. After one of the ates, the system began to hang very much, even in the menu; after about a year, it passed; the reasons for this are unclear; and now, after EVERY system ate, it requests a complete reinstallation of the system due to crashes. This has been going on for 5 and a half years. As usual, technical support is useless and confused about the problem. I would have gotten rid of this item a long time ago if it weren't for the exclusives.
