I received my 10 inch Duoduogo 9/11 tablet. Nicely packaged. Cheap plastic case. The conversion connector C is similar to what you can use for an external mouse on a computer. C connects to the Duo, leaving the USB end of the wireless mouse adapter behind. To charge you must remove the adapter. today in the verizon store - checked the IMEI codes and they are not recognized by verizon. Therefore, you can insert a SIM card, but Verizon will not recognize the device. This may be because the DUODUOGO device seems relatively new - but the phone part is useless until VERIZON recognizes IMEI codes! So the peripherals that come with the kit are so-so. The tablet itself is very comfortable. I haven't had to step on the screen yet, so I don't know how strong the glass is. The touchscreen is pleasantly sensitive. Lots of pre-installed apps which I think are great! It comes with a built in browser as well as Chrome which I use. I'm not worried about the quality of peripherals at this price point, but VERIZON needs to recognize the device's IMEI codes in order for you to be able to use the phone function is a MUST!
