If you love using gel eye masks to relieve headaches, reduce puffiness or just treat yourself, unfortunately this mask isn't for the job suitable. I was disappointed with this purchase as I was looking for a replacement for a gel eye mask that I have been using for years. The beads get bulky and when you put them on they bounce off your face (the complete opposite of the purpose here). You can undo the velcro, but the cooling balls barely make contact with your face. Also, it comes with a non-resealable disposable plastic bag. So when kept in your fridge for maximum coolness, it will also absorb any flavors that live in your fridge. Absolutely gross if you put this on while trying to cool down or relax. You want something with a plastic seal or zip pocket. There are better brands out there and for the price there was no chilling or relaxing. Sad but true.
