I installed it and it worked!
For $13 I figured why not? I wear it now and when I bend over it buzzes - loud enough to hear but not super loud (which is good, just buzzes). First you have to put it on, position it correctly, and then reach back and hold the button (or have someone else press it) and then it will know what's right for you and buzz when you deviate. I love this thing so far!
