My only complaint (which others have also mentioned) is that the ground screw is too small and difficult to manipulate, especially with 120v (14 gauge) wiring, though I used a pigtail for the connection, so only one wire went to the ground pin. If I had to do it all over again I would just drill a hole and screw the bottom to the side of the box that holds the electrics using my own hardware. The lights themselves are great - good colour, not fading after 6 months, very bright compared to the 40 watt bulb they replaced and with the filters you can't see the individual LEDs.
