Very Professional & Friendly Customer Service

The customer support is excellent.
They are very professional with their work ethics and really care about your needs being met as well as how they can help you out in any way possible! Their prices aren't too bad either considering what kind of service you're getting compared to others that offer similar services. I think it would probably benefit me if there were more promotions or discounts offered throughout certain times during this time period but overall everything was great so far!! Hosting my website at no cost which gives them revenue from advertising purposes allowing us to have our own personal site without having to pay monthly fees like other web hosts charge.

Service hours posted right under each ticket for easy reference.
Ticket notifications emailed directly back by admin when resolved, not just sent through email notification center (email) good communication tool used effectively here!!! : )
Prompt follow up emails after tickets get closed & handled via ticketing system itself..notifications/emails going unnoticed before then :)
