First of all, their apparel was of varying sizes. I purchased a number of items in my typical size, but some of them were either too small or too big. As a result, I found it challenging to buy with confidence and had to return the majority of my purchases. They had second-rate shoes, which was disheartening. A pair of heels I bought online appeared fantastic, but when they arrived, I discovered that the material was poor quality, and the shoes were uncomfortable to wear. Given their expensive price, it was disappointing to see that they were not built to last. Finally, although their jewelry selection appeared promising, the items I got fell short of what was promised. The stones appeared fake, and the hues were dull. In the end, I also returned them. Overall, I had a negative encounter with HSIA. Although their website appears to be well-designed and their goods seem to be of high caliber, my actual experience was disappointing. I would advise against using HSIA as a source for internet fashion purchases and advise searching elsewhere.
