It works fine for the most part, but when I first tried it everything worked except the left analog stick. I re-synced it and that seems to have fixed the issues, I play Super Smash Brothers and sometimes when I play the left analog stick it either becomes completely unresponsive, only registers up/down movement, or only registers left/ Right movement for 5-30 seconds. This has been happening ever since I took it out of the box and tried it until now about 1-2 months later. While this happens fairly infrequently (I would say it happens maybe once every 4-6 gaming sessions, each of my gaming sessions is around 4-5 hours at a time), but it does happen occasionally. I've had several professional controllers before and none have ever had this problem, let alone any issues right out of the box. I thought about emailing and complaining but since it doesn't cause too much trouble I decided against it as I went without a controller for a while and wanted one. Let's hope I don't regret not asking to be exchanged for a new one in the future :^) 4/5 stars because the product works as intended, although overall it has a small flaw in optimal functioning. I'm sure any other controller you would order and receive would work just fine, but it seems like you always have the option of getting a controller with a problem that may not be up to standard as it is first time was that I' bought a professional controller on Amazon.
