The ability for us as an agency/brand owner to have access via our account manager (Vicky) was great! She helped guide me through my first month of using this platform by answering any questions I had along the way. While it's not perfect - there are some things that could be improved upon in terms of ease of use or features available within each section. For example, we were able to create new pages but couldn't edit them once they've been created which made sense given how SMYNC works; however, having those same editing options would make more work easier when creating content such as blog posts etc.. There should also definitely be better integration between sections so if you're working across multiple platforms like Facebook & Instagram then all your campaigns can stay connected throughout their journey together rather than being split up into different tabs / apps. We used SmynC primarily during its beta phase where many aspects.
