Revainrating 4 out of 5

The device is solid, I'm not sure about the glasses.

Before I say anything else I have to say one thing to make sure people see this, it's a BRIGHT thing! *don't* underestimate its brightness and always wear safety goggles! Even though I wore the included glasses, which illuminated even the dark glasses, I continued to see purple dots for a while after doing my feet. Treat it like an arc welder or your eyes will get very bad. Apart from that the product arrived quickly and seems to be of good quality, they even loaded it with additional charges of 81 on top of the advertised 500,000. I can only assume this is for legal reasons or a side effect of factory testing. But no matter why they are there, they are nice to have. When the laser fires you can feel it and feel it working. It's only been a few days and I've already noticed that a few random hairs in the treated area I pulled came out with no pain and little resistance. Despite my normally rough skin, I've noticed a slight sensitivity on my arm when using the higher power setting, similar to when I'm in the sun for too long, so it's a good idea to do some random testing and tune into an effective setting. it's still handy, it's not a toy. This brings me to two reasons why my review isn't a five star. First, the power cord is short. I'm not surprised this thing isn't battery operated, I would imagine it sucking out a dead car battery, but the short cord means if you want to do your feet you'll have to put your foot on a stand like a ballerina . or use an extension cord. Second, the glasses that come with it are a bit cheap. The lenses appear to be of good quality and you can tell they are polarized but have no rim. This caused me to nearly go blind as I turned to the lonely crazy hair on my shoulder and the laser peeked out from behind the rim of the glasses. Luckily my vision in that eye was back in about ten minutes and there doesn't seem to be any long term damage but I repeat, this thing is light make sure you have proper eye protection before using it. Don't say you weren't warned.
