My thoughts are almost exactly the same as the customer "BX". The set arrived intact (as if damaged in transit) but both case latches were broken. Threaded rods and bearing washers do not do justice to this task. After using this bushing kit to make all the suspension bushings in the 4runner, one of the rods is almost unusable as it is bent and its threads are broken too. The second bar is in bad shape, but it will still hold a few bushings. Bearing washers are a great and essential accessory for this set. They, too, were defeated, with clogged throats and prickly internal threads, but hang in there for now. The hose set is designed for tough use and basically nothing can harm you. they are not small enough and do not have sufficient accuracy in the specified dimensions. They are available in 2mm increments and on some bushings this means the bushing will get stuck in the vehicle's bushing socket and require more user effort and more wear on the threaded rod to force it out. - Replacing the plug of the car is possible. did it make short work of it? no It's way, way better than the alternatives (crown, drill, burn-off), you bet. Will I look for better quality threaded rods and fittings next time? definitely, although it's hard to spot. It saved a lot more man-hours than it took, so this is the most valuable suggestion for me.
